We have Tinted over 1250+ Model Ys since its initial release and have mastered installation techniques that provide safe and damage free installations. Most of the heat in this vehicle comes through the side and rear glass as well as the front windshield. Surprisingly enough the roof glass provides a huge amount of heat rejection and is not required to tint but it is an option.

The Tesla Model X has one of the most difficult windows to tint, the HUGE Windshield! Here at OC TINT SOLUTIONS we tint the full windshield in one piece (Seamless) to provide the perfect amount of heat rejection and UV protection needed to drive comfortably in the California Sun. Although the Rear portion has privacy glass it is recommended to apply window film to reject heat and protect from harmful UV rays.
